Can't see my GA4 properties

Re-authenticate. Ensure the Google account has at least Viewer role on the GA4 property.

Audit is stuck or not completing

GA4 property needs at least 7 days of data. Check the audit status page for error details.

Missing checks in my report

Some checks require higher plan tiers. Others are skipped if the required data isn't available (e.g. e-commerce checks need purchase events).

Download button shows 'Failed to fetch'

Your session may have expired. Refresh the page and try again. If the problem persists, contact support.

Consent mode checks are all skipped

The Tag & Consent module requires a live site URL to crawl. Make sure website_url is set on your property.

Score dropped significantly after a new audit

Compare with the previous audit using the Compare tab. A drop usually means a tracking regression. Check deployment history.

I can't see UTM, Data Quality, or E-commerce results

These modules are only available on the Professional plan and above. Free plan audits only cover Property Config and Tag/Consent modules.

My property shows 0 sessions

Either the property is new (needs 24h+ of data), the data stream URL is wrong, or GA4 isn't receiving data. Check GA4 Realtime.

The audit shows a low score but GA4 looks fine to me

GA4's interface doesn't show many of the issues GA4 Audits catches. Duplicate events, consent timing, UTM integrity, and data quality anomalies are invisible in standard reports.

Can I audit a staging or development property?

Yes. Connect any GA4 property you have access to, including staging properties. Useful for validating tracking before a release.
