Account & Billing
Changing your plan
Upgrades take effect at checkout. Downgrades typically apply at period end. Audit history is preserved across plan changes.
How to change your plan
Start from the billing page in the dashboard. If upgrade controls are available, you can select a new plan and continue to checkout. If they are not available on your account, contact support and request the change manually.
Upgrades: immediate effect
When checkout succeeds, upgrades take effect as soon as the payment flow completes and the subscription state syncs back to your account. Features such as extra audit capacity, Excel export, PPTX export, and branding depend on the destination plan.
If your account is on a manual billing arrangement, support will confirm the effective date and any billing adjustments directly.
Downgrades: end of billing period
Downgrade timing depends on the subscription setup. Some downgrades are scheduled for period end, while others may need support intervention before the plan state changes.
If you move to a lower plan, features above that tier are disabled but existing account data is typically preserved.
Audit history after a plan change
All your completed audit results are preserved regardless of plan changes. Downgrading does not delete historical audits. You can still view, compare, and share previously completed audits after a downgrade. you just won't be able to run new audits that use features above your current plan tier.
Annual vs monthly billing
Monthly and annual availability depends on the plan and checkout configuration currently enabled on your account. If the billing page does not expose the billing interval you need, contact support before making changes.
