PPTX report: using it in client presentations

The PowerPoint export is built for agencies presenting audit findings to clients. It's designed to slot directly into an existing presentation deck without requiring significant editing.

Slide structure

The PPTX deck is structured as follows:

  1. Title slide — Property name, audit date, overall score, and your company logo (if branding is configured).
  2. Audit overview — Summary statistics, pass rate, severity mix, and a module score chart.
  3. Issue and recommendation slides — Prioritized findings, grouped cleanly so the deck can be shared with clients without additional cleanup.
  4. Next steps — A prioritised action list of the top issues across all modules, sorted by severity and impact.

How to edit in PowerPoint

The PPTX file is fully editable. Open it in Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, or LibreOffice Impress. All text elements are editable text boxes — you can update findings, add commentary, adjust wording for your client's context, or remove slides that aren't relevant to this particular engagement.

The slide layouts use standard PowerPoint master slides and placeholder regions, so applying a different PowerPoint theme will reformat the deck. If you want to match your own agency's slide template, you can either replace the master or copy-paste content into your existing template.

Branding on PPTX

When a branding profile is configured (Professional and Enterprise plans), the PPTX uses your logo on the title slide and in the header of each content slide. Your brand colour is applied to slide accents, section headers, and severity badge colours. Your company name replaces "GA4 Audits" on the title slide and footer.

For best results, upload an SVG or PNG logo with a transparent background. Logos should be at minimum 400px wide to appear sharp at full slide dimensions.

How many slides are generated?

Slide count depends on how many active findings need to be shown clearly. Properties with more critical findings will generate larger decks because the top issues are given space to stay readable. You can still trim the deck before sharing it with a client.

Combining with your own deck

The most common agency workflow is to: generate the PPTX, open it alongside the agency's standard client report template, and copy the relevant slides across. The finding slides use clean layouts that transfer well when pasting into a different deck — all content is in standard text placeholders rather than embedded images.
